About This Role As an RN Resident in the ICU at Cleveland Clinic’s Medina Hospital, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional patient care while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment. This role is ideal for new graduates looking to enhance their nursing skills in a dynamic setting. Highlights Pay: $36 - $56/hour Location: Medina, OH Facility: Medina Hospital Department/Unit: ICU Schedule: Full-time, Night shift What You'll Do Assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care. Interact directly with patients, families, and visitors. Participate in a residency core curriculum based on surgery core learning needs. Provide direct nursing care alongside a coach. Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care. Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions. Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when necessary. Document in patients’ medical records. Requirements Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN program) required. Experience: New graduate RN or less than one year of RN work experience required. Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
