Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you lead by example, working alongside and supervising Forklift Operators and Material Handlers on the night shift. You Will Manage Forklift Operator / Material Handler daily activities, assuring the team is achieving safety, quality & productivity standards. Coordinate & prioritize work assignments & training, guiding and developing Warehouse Associates. Monitor warehouse operations, assuring product flow for daily requirements are met, forklift fleet is properly maintained, issues are resolved, and improvement opportunities are identified. Work alongside the team, operating a forklift to transport raw materials and finished goods between the warehouse and production areas, as well as loading finished goods to ship to customers. Effectively communicate with other warehouse supervisors and also with production leadership to ensure teams are working together to contribute to the overall success of the site.
