About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance, IT & Procurement to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be a key strategic advisor, influencing organizational strategy and long-term financial sustainability. This role is pivotal in leading large-scale financial, technology, and procurement initiatives, and supporting transformative housing and community development projects. The SVP will be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of the organization, compliance with a range of regulations, and the development and maintenance of strong internal controls and financial governance practices. Applicants for the Senior Vice President position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a CPA certification preferred, and a minimum of 8 years' of financial leadership experience. The role requires extensive knowledge of HUD housing programs, public housing authority financial operations, and various housing finance and development programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive financial leadership, strategic planning, and budgeting, as well as experience in managing large budgets and overseeing enterprise technology and procurement operations.
