Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech Language Pathology licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience working with school-aged populations is highly valued
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students’ communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
• Offer both group and one-on-one therapy sessions to address a variety of speech and language challenges
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to maximize student progress
• Document and report progress data in compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
• Provide ongoing support and resources to classroom staff and caregivers
