Job Opportunity: Neuro-Ophthalmologist

Our organization is actively looking for a dedicated ophthalmologist with a focus on Neuro-Ophthalmology to become part of our full-time team, which includes both subspecialists and general ophthalmologists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care.
  • Engage in research activities.
  • Teach and supervise residents.
  • Instruct medical students.
Qualifications
  • Completion of an accredited residency in ophthalmology or neurology.
  • Fellowship training in neuro-ophthalmology is mandatory.
  • Applicants with additional skills in comprehensive ophthalmology and/or surgical procedures will be considered.
  • Must be Board certified or eligible.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated total annual compensation is approximately $235,000. This figure includes variable compensation and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is adjusted according to experience and faculty rank, is expected to range from $210,000 to $250,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
