Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct brief assessments and screenings for clients, arranging for comprehensive evaluations when necessary to better tailor treatment plans.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that ensure seamless access to essential services and facilitate effective communication among clients, families, and other providers.

• Provide an array of brief, focused treatment services aimed at prevention, recovery, and holistic well-being.

• Assist in crisis interventions and respond swiftly and effectively when emergencies arise.

• Maintain a manageable caseload, conducting assessments and delivering individual, group, and family therapy as required.

• Monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey, ensuring adherence to admission and discharge protocols.

• Complete all required reports and documentation in a timely manner to support program evaluation and compliance.
