Clinical Nurse Coordinator Oncology RN

The Oncology Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. In collaboration with other established policies and procedures, the CNC serves as a resource for staff and models the organization’s vision, mission, and values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes. Responsibilities Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care. Reflect core values when interacting with co‑workers, patients, family members, and the community to foster an engaging environment and unparalleled patient care. Lead in a way that inspires commitment to the organization’s vision, mission, and values. Represent the organization positively within the community; participate in community events and in‑services. Assist with staff scheduling and manage all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines. Support proper inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment. Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate, or baccalaureate degree nursing program. At least one year of healthcare experience. Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing and three years of healthcare experience.
