What does your company do? Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Day-Care Sports Coordinator to design, implement, and oversee sports and physical activities for children aged 2 to 5 at a local Daycare facility. The ideal candidate will promote a healthy lifestyle, teamwork and physical development through engaging sports programs. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate sports and physical activities that enhance motor skills. coordination, team work. Organize and lead weekly sports sessions, ensuring safety and active participation from all children. Plan and coordinator special events and fitness activities to promote physical education. Monitor childrens progress and provide feedback to parents on their childs develoment in sports and physical activities. Collaborate with other daycare staff to integrate physical activities into the overall curriculum. Maintain equipment and ensure all sports areas are safe and organized. Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages children of all skill levels to participate and enjoy sports. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding sports programs and events. Qualifications Excellent communication skills Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships Ability to work one or two days per work (for the full duration of the season,) #J-18808-Ljbffr i9 Sports
