Radiologic Technologist - Pain Management, Full Time (Hiring Immediately)

Find your calling at Mercy! Assist physician via X-ray (C-arm) in the performance of interventional pain procedures. Position Details: Located at MERCY HOSPITAL SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI (Weekdays: M-Th) Minimum Qualifications (Radiologic Technologist): Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours. Experience: no experience required Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice. Certification/Registration: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registry or registry eligible. Achieved ARRT registry within 6 months of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Proficiency in operating radiographic imaging equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Physical Requirements: • Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis. • Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift. • Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Advanced Radiologic Technologist): Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours. High school graduate or equivalent. Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice. If practicing in Arkansas, a Radiologic Technologist License is required. Experience: 1 years of relevant experience OR graduate of Bachelor degree program Certifications: Current ARRT Registry in Compliance with Continuing Education or is registry eligible with a temporary license.
