Job Location:  Chattanooga, TN / On the Road

Summary:

As a Support Technician, you will assist more senior technicians with installations and/or servicing of residential and/or commercial customers as required.  Responsibilities also include a willingness and ability to learn, organizational skills and effective communications.

Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced technicians with installations and/or servicing:
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn and retain information for future use.
  • Employ basic logic skills and ability to walk through a simple issue to resolution. 
  • Utilize hand tools and basic power tools. 
  • Keep job site clean & organized so work can be performed in the safest manner possible, and tools and equipment can be found quickly. 
  • Interact with and communicate with peers, manager, and customers effectively. 

Qualifications:

• HS diploma or equivalent - required.
• No industry experience is required. However, you need to have the desire to learn our industry via training opportunities from management, peers, and our training curriculum.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with various individuals in a professional manner in order to provide superior customer service.
• Must be able to understand technical functionality of various systems learned on-line and/or via hands-on instruction. 
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
