PAY BREAKDOWN
- Weekly Gross: $2,000 To $2,246/Week
- Blended Hourly Rate: $56/Hour
- Weekly Taxable Pay: $1,200
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist (PT) License Required
- Bachelor of Science or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy From an Accredited Program Required
- Current CPR Certification Required
- Current Valid Oregon Driver's License Required
- Knowledge of Orthopedic, Neurological, and Rehabilitation Therapy Procedures Required
- Ability to Evaluate Patients and Develop Individualized Treatment Plans
- Ability to Provide Therapeutic Interventions to Improve or Maintain Physical Function
- Basic Computer Skills Including Electronic Forms, Documents, and Email Required
- Monday-Thursday Day Shift
- 40 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
- Holiday Coverage Required
- No On-Call Requirement
- Cerner EMR Used
- Previous Therapy Experience Is Desired but Not Required if Other Qualifications Are Met
- Strong Communication, Teamwork, Patient Interaction, and Rehabilitation Care Skills Required
- Oregon Physical Therapist License - Required
- CPR - Required
- Oregon Driver's License - Required
