Customization Specialist

Supporting the Customization team remotely on a part-time temporary basis, the Customization Specialist will manage the ordering of trial loaner devices, monitor team communications, and ensure timely personalization of Speech Generating Devices (SGDs). Key responsibilities Submits shipping requests to order loaner devices and assigns template requests Monitors team Inbox and creates device update requests while running playbook for Transfer Progress Uses HubSpot CRM to track tasks and document relevant information, prioritizing responsibilities and following up proactively Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1 year of office or administrative experience preferred
