Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for a Stepdown/Med Surg Overflow/Neuro unit. This position is essential for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, Level I Trauma environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care for patients with neurological and surgical needs.Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including RNs and LPNs, to ensure effective patient management.Monitor patient progress and assess for changes in condition, responding appropriately.Educate patients and their families on care plans, medication management, and recovery processes.Participate in team nursing approach with a focus on coordinated patient care.QualificationsMinimum of two years of recent nursing experience in a Stepdown or Neuro unit, with Level I Trauma experience required.Travel nursing experience is preferred.Large hospital experience is required.Current and valid nursing license in accordance with NLC guidelines is mandatory.Work ScheduleShift: Day shifts available (3x12 hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00).Schedule may be subject to change based on staffing needs.Weekend shifts may be required on a rotating basis.Additional InformationLocal candidates are not accepted; candidates must be at least 100 miles away from the facility.All requests for time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application.Join us in providing exceptional patient care in an environment that values teamwork and professional growth!
