About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team. As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of our licensed nurses. Your duties will include:
• Assisting with daily living activities , such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring and reporting vital signs , including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Assisting with medication administration under the guidance of our licensed professionals
• Maintaining patient care records and communicating with our healthcare team
• Participating in patient care conferences to ensure optimal care plans
