Three-Roll Mill Operator (Machine Operator + Forklift)
Location: Edwardsville, KS

Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available

1st shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

2nd shift: Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm

3rd shift- Monday-Friday 11pm-7:30am

Pay: $20–$22/hour, paid weekly

We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Three-Roll Mill Operator for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Edwardsville, KS. This hands-on role is responsible for finishing ink batches using three-roll mills while maintaining quality and safety standards. Great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys production and machine operation work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor three-roll mills to finish and refine ink batches
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials and finished products
• Clean and maintain mills and surrounding work areas
• Weigh and stage materials as needed for production
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of stable manufacturing or machine operation experienc e
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Forklift experience preferred, but training is available
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in an industrial and messy environment
