This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. 

• Average $100,000 per year 
• $10,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time!

Job Details: 

• $0.72 cpm
• Detention pay: $20 per hour
• Stop pay: $20 per stop
• Outbound Load: $20 per load
• Tarping Pay: $40 per load
• Off-Account Work: $325 - $365 per day
• Holiday pay per day: $340
• Safety training pay per hour: $20 
• New hire training pay: $30 per day 
• Weekly home time 
• Majority no touch freight 
• Onsite management 
• Paid online orientation
