Be exceptional. Be well. Patient Care Advisor (PCA) is responsible for a premium retail experience at the Far & Dotter Wellness Center & Spa. This role focuses on providing best-in-class guest service to patients, including medical cannabis-certified patients, caregivers, Holistic Pharmacy and Spa clients, and the public. The Patient Care Advisor assists guests and patients with product education, selection, and purchasing, and always ensures an elevated experience.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Passion for outstanding guest & patient service
• Contributing to a culture of retail sales excellence
• Performing daily, weekly, monthly, and cycle counts and inventory audits
• Reinforcing an environment of compliance
• Delivering operations excellence

Advanced understanding of the cannabis industry and products, desire to work in a team environment, ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, unpredictable environment, ability to follow existing processes and procedures, ability to work normal retail hours (nights, weekends, and holidays).
