About the Job
We are hiring a dependable mobile diesel/fleet technician to perform on-site repairs and
preventive maintenance for commercial customers across the North East, NJ area.
This is an independent field position for someone who can diagnose problems, work without
constant supervision, and handle a variety of repairs in the field.
If you are tired of flat-rate work, shop politics, or sitting in the same bay every day, this role
offers variety, independence, and steady work with a company that is growing fast.

Typical Work Includes

• Diagnostics and troubleshooting
• PM services and roadside repairs
• Brakes, no-starts, electrical, and general repairs
• Light, medium, and heavy-duty diesel/gas vehicles
• Customer communication and job documentation
• Full-time with overtime opportunities
• Some weekend work depending on workload
• Occasional after-hours calls

What We Are Looking For

• Strong diesel and mechanical experience
• Diagnostic ability and scan tool experience
• Ability to work independently and represent us professionally on customer sites

• Good communication, you are the face of this company in the field
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Bonus Experience

• Mobile repair or roadside service
• Fleet maintenance
• ASE certifications

Growth Opportunities

real path to lead tech, advanced diesel diagnostics, and leadership roles.
Background and/or drug screening may be required.
