PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work in the hospital with a fixed unit and/or in the IPD/OR/ER, etc. with a mobile unit. May be potentially exposed to radiation if proper precautions are not utilized. May be exposed to high-voltage equipment. May be exposed to potentially contagious patients. Occasionally may lift and/or move equipment and/or patients that would be in excess of 10 lbs. null Education:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required. Must maintain the required hours of continued education.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

Must be registered in Radiography with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or registry eligible. If registry eligible, registry must be obtained within 6 months of date of hire. Healthcare Provider certification required (BCLS).
