Description:

Responsible for organizing office activities, maintaining workflow efficiency, and supporting staff with administrative and clerical tasks. Handle communication channels, scheduling, supplies, and coordination between teams.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails.
• Schedule appointments, organize meetings, and prepare meeting rooms.
• Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and verify receipts.
• Assist other departments with supplies.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
• Keep Café stocked and organized.
• Support staff with administrative tasks and projects.
• Assist with new hires, including workstation setup. 
• Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
• Coordinate office services such as records, and housekeeping.
• Greeting and assist visitors.
• Run errands locally when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

 

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience as an office coordinator or similar role. 
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of office management systems. 
• Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment.
• Ability to handle confidential information. 
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
