We’re a busy, creative sign and graphics shop looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative who wants stable weekday work and is willing to learn the sign business. No industry experience required — we will train you. What matters most is reliability, communication, and a positive attitude.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Compensation:

$16 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
• Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints
• Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
• Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
• Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
