Contract | Days | Onsite | Weekends, holidays, and float per department guidelines

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an adult ICU setting, managing critically ill patients with complex medical needs
• Perform neurological assessments utilizing NIHSS protocols in alignment with stroke program standards
• Administer medications, monitor hemodynamic status, and respond to rapid changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Complete required learning modules and adhere to all facility compliance and background check standards prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions on record
• Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (documentation required)
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (documentation required)
• NIHSS certification required
• Must reside outside of Arizona — Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Stroke care experience in an acute or critical care setting
• Familiarity with large-volume, Level I Trauma Center environments
