Shore Smiles Dental Arts is seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming family dental practice in Waretown, New Jersey . We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable individual who enjoys helping people and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Greet patients with a warm, professional attitude.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide outstanding customer service.
- Schedule new and existing patient appointments.
- Manage a fully digital appointment schedule and electronic patient records.
- Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and other front desk responsibilities.
- Work closely with our clinical team to create an exceptional patient experience.
- Previous receptionist experience is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable answering phones and scheduling appointments.
- Computer savvy and able to work in a fully digital office.
- Dental office experience is preferred.
- Experience with dental insurance claims is a plus but not required.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
