Hospital is seeking a skilled Senior Tax Accountant to join our onsite accounting team in Dover, DE. This full-time, OT-exempt role involves preparing tax filings (Form 990, 1120), financial statements, and annual budgets for affiliated entities. The position requires strong knowledge of GAAP, IRS regulations, and healthcare accounting. Responsibilities include supervising a Related Corporations Specialist, ensuring timely submission of benefit plan returns (5500), conducting tax research, and maintaining compliance with changing regulatory standards.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s in Accounting and 3+ years of healthcare accounting experience required; CPA and Master's preferred.
