Work Environment

This role allows for fully remote work, giving you the flexibility to manage your own schedule while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments by employing evidence-based practices to design personalized treatment plans for clients. This includes leading in-depth interviews and utilizing standardized assessment tools.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address various mental health conditions and foster positive client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Participate in regular peer review meetings and case consultations to promote professional development and enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources to enable informed decision-making and empower them to take an active role in their care.
• Stay informed on the latest research and industry trends, integrating this knowledge into your clinical practice to provide the highest quality of evidence-based care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing significant mental health challenges. Our clientele often experiences conditions related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active, unrestricted license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon, indicating your professional competency.
• Strong skills in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and the ability to customize treatment plans to address clients' specific needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate building strong therapeutic relationships and trust with clients.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively, guiding clients through complex emotional and psychological challenges.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient setting providing mental health services.
