Compensation Estimated annual salary ranges from $52,000 to $75,000, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Test and verify system performance following all repairs and maintenance work Adhere strictly to company safety policies, always ensuring personal safety and the safety of others Maintain daily communication with the Alarm Service Manager regarding job status, service requirements, and inspections Train and mentor apprentices on company procedures, inspection protocols, and installation practices Complete all work in accordance with NFPA codes and company quality standards Collaborate with the Alarm Service Manager and administrative staff to ensure accurate and complete project closeout for billing Some travel and overtime may be required Qualifications Knowledge of NFPA codes (preferred) Gamewell certification (preferred) NICET Level I certification required within 12 months NICET Level II certification required within 2 years after achieving Level I Texas Fire Extinguisher License (Class B or higher) is a plus Relevant service trade experience is a plus Must pass a post-offer drug screen, background check, and reference check Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Frequent bending, reaching, climbing, and walking #J-18808-Ljbffr
