Assistant Project ManagerThe Assistant Project Manager will:Support construction projects from preconstruction through final closeoutAssist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination activitiesMaintain communication with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholdersParticipate in preconstruction meetings and assist with project documentationSupport estimating, bidding, and procurement effortsCoordinate material purchasing, deliveries, and vendor communicationsTrack project schedules and help identify potential risks or delaysAssist with subcontractor coordination, scope reviews, and contract documentationConduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliancePrepare meeting notes, reports, change orders, and project recordsSupport project financial tracking and cost-control initiativesAssist with punch list completion, project turnover, and closeout documentationWork closely with company leadership to develop project management skills and industry knowledgeMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
