Job Summary


Our client is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant responsible for providing direct patient care, clinical support, and laboratory services. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless workflow coordination, support physicians during examinations, and maintain high-quality patient outcomes in a dynamic healthcare setting.


Key Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: Rooms patients, captures vital signs, and documents medical history, allergies, and reasons for visit per nursing protocols.
• Clinical Support: Assists physicians with examinations and procedures while maintaining clear communication to ensure quality outcomes.
• Laboratory Services: Collects and prepares laboratory specimens for processing / blood draws.
• Workflow Coordination: Monitors physician schedules and organizes patient flow to ensure timely visits.
• Leadership & Operations: Serves as the primary point of contact for clinic operations and leads front-line staff.
• Facility & Administrative Management: Monitors medical supplies and acts as an accountable steward of organizational goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• MA Certification
• BLS
• 1+ years of experience
• Experience with blood draws
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Background Preferred

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in clinical settings, including blood draws.

Skills

• Proficiency in conducting laboratory services and patient care.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Schedule/Shift


M - F, 8am - 5pm
