Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant responsible for providing direct patient care, clinical support, and laboratory services. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless workflow coordination, support physicians during examinations, and maintain high-quality patient outcomes in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Patient Care: Rooms patients, captures vital signs, and documents medical history, allergies, and reasons for visit per nursing protocols.
- Clinical Support: Assists physicians with examinations and procedures while maintaining clear communication to ensure quality outcomes.
- Laboratory Services: Collects and prepares laboratory specimens for processing / blood draws.
- Workflow Coordination: Monitors physician schedules and organizes patient flow to ensure timely visits.
- Leadership & Operations: Serves as the primary point of contact for clinic operations and leads front-line staff.
- Facility & Administrative Management: Monitors medical supplies and acts as an accountable steward of organizational goals.
- High School Diploma or GED
- MA Certification
- BLS
- 1+ years of experience
- Experience with blood draws
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Background Preferred
- 1+ years of experience in clinical settings, including blood draws.
- Proficiency in conducting laboratory services and patient care.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
M - F, 8am - 5pm

- 401k (Eligible on the first 401k open enrollment date following 6 consecutive months on assignment. 401k Open Enrollment dates are 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, and 10/1).
