Develop client presentation materials, including background research, analysis, and drafting. Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis. Perform detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, comparable trading, comparable transaction, and LBO analysis. Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions, ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations. Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with applicable regulatory standards. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Master’s or MBA preferred. Experience: 3+ years in Industrial Investment Banking with a bachelor’s degree, or 1+ year with an MBA. Knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products, with preference for experience in Industrials. Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team player and self‑starter. Base Pay Range Minimum: $131,250.00 USD Maximum: $225,000.00 USD Risk Culture We embrace a strong risk culture and expect all professionals to take a proactive and responsible approach to risk management. Working Conditions Frequent minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking is required.
