What You'll Do:  

• Support residents with everyday living needs while promoting independence, comfort, and overall quality of life.
• Carry out assigned resident services and maintain clear, timely records to ensure effective communication among caregivers
• Observe resident well-being throughout the shift, identifying concerns and reporting relevant updates to the appropriate team members
• Provide assistance with dining, transportation within the community, and safe movement using assistive devices when needed
• Create a positive resident experience through compassionate interactions and active participation in a team-oriented environment

What You'll Need:  

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (required) 
• Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care setting (preferred)
