Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join our growing team.
Ideal Candidate:
- Licensed (or eligible) in New York State
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in providing best possible care for patients, good teamwork, willing to learn
- New grads encouraged to apply (mentorship available)
Compensation & Benefits (Highly Competitive for Westchester Market)
- Base Salary: $140,000 – $195,000+ (commensurate with experience)
- Production bonus
- Sign-on bonus available
- CE allowance ($2,500+) + CE days
- NYS license, DEA, PLIT coverage
- 401(k) with match

- Flexible scheduling (4or 5 day workweek option for full timers)
High-performing associates can earn $180,000–$220,000+ annually with production.
