The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for people and service, with experience in retail. This person must have the ability to consistently adhere to our guidelines, standards and be receptive to coaching from the Salon Manager. They should possess strong communication skills and build collaborative relationships. A passion for client service and a working entrepreneurial environment is critical to your success in the role./ppEssential Job Functions:/pulliAnswers phones and directs calls./liliBooks appointments for Salon customers./liliCalling customers to confirm appointment./liliPerforms all transactions for customer services./liliGreets all customers and directs them to the proper station./liliPerforms a variety of clerical and administrative duties./liliHandles incoming/outgoing packages and mail including UPS and FedEx./liliMaintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations./liliAssist in customer sales of all ABH products in the salon./liliDelivers exceptional client service./liliAble to receive both positive and constructive feedback in a professional manner./liliAdheres to ABH Dress Code guidelines./liliOffers refreshments to customers./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliPrevious experience in a clerical or customer service environment./liliPositive, and professional presence./liliExcellent telephone etiquette and skills./liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills./liliMust have a strong sense of ownership for all the activities in the Salon and the ability to handle confidential and specialized information./liliExcellent organizational skills./liliMS Office experience./liliAble to work efficiently in a team and a self-starter and ability to move a project through completion./liliExcellent listening skills and ability to relay information to others./liliMust work well under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment./liliMust be available Tuesday - Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm to work in-person at our salon in Beverly Hills./liliThis is a temporary a full time job with the possibility of converting to full-time permanent position. The starting base salary range for this position in the selected city is $20.00-$22.00 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location.
