Enrollment Advisor

Providing guidance to prospective students, the full-time remote Enrollment Advisor will manage both inbound and outbound communications, assisting individuals through the enrollment process while documenting interactions in Salesforce. Key responsibilities Engage prospective students via phone, text, and email throughout the enrollment process Build rapport and guide students through initial enrollment steps, collaborating with Enrollment Specialists Document all interactions and updates accurately in Salesforce while maintaining knowledge of university policies and programs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in a team environment and familiarity with call center software Prior experience in education or consultative sales preferred Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and technologies, including CRM and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment while managing multiple priorities
