Direct Support Professional - Weekends

All our group homes are in the Bloomington, MN area. Starting Salary $17.00–$18.00 hourly. Benefits Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401(k) eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits‑eligible. Responsibilities Provide caregiver services, including personal cares when appropriate and necessary Teach and maintain skills Cook, prepare meals, and assist with feeding Provide support with hobbies, studies, and social activities Participate in the development of Individual Program Plans Administer medication Participate in recreational activities with residents Ideal for Someone who wants to make a difference in someone’s life Has experience in the health care field or is looking for an entry‑level opportunity Is looking for flexible full‑time or part‑time shifts that fit with a work‑life balance Skills and Experience No degree is required; a high school diploma (or equivalent) and age 18+ are sufficient. Training is provided. Embodies a people‑oriented mindset, assisting individuals with caregiver skills and striving to improve their quality of life Adaptable and flexible, handling frequent shifts in direction to keep the work day engaging Dependable, providing efficient and exemplary personal care assistance Hours and Scheduling Part‑time weekend positions available: 7 am–3 pm or 2 pm–10 pm shifts. Other full‑time/part‑time hours are available. On‑going comprehensive full‑wage paid training and 24/7 support. A rewarding career; professionally and personally. Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older Valid U.S. driver’s license Basic computer skills Willingness to perform personal cares, including bathing, toileting, dressing, medication administration, and lifts Pay Frequency Biweekly. Background Check & E‑Verify Connections Services, LLC uses E‑Verify and will conduct a Minnesota Department of Human Services background study on all new employees.
