What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a 32-bed Level III NICU setting
• Manage care for infants from a busy birth hospital supporting approximately 4,000 deliveries annually
• Perform neonatal procedures and support clinical management
• Collaborate with neonatology colleagues and neonatal nurse practitioners during daytime shifts
• Support in-home night call responsibilities, with 24/7 in-house NNP support
• Participate actively in mentorship, training, and professional development
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality neonatal care aligned with facility standards

What You Need:

• Medical license in Kentucky or eligible for licensure
• Board Certification or strong interest in Neonatology
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment
