Position Summary

Rainbow USA is seeking an experienced HR Generalist / Workday Analyst to support and optimize Workday while serving as a strategic HR partner to the business. This role combines hands-on Workday administration with broad HR Generalist responsibilities, including payroll, benefits, recruiting, employee lifecycle support, compliance, reporting, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong functional HR experience and the technical ability to leverage Workday to improve processes, data accuracy, and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday HCM, including Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Absence, and related modules.
• Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, payroll, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain Workday business processes, security roles, workflows, and data integrity.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, employee changes, leave administration, and benefits administration.
• Build reports, perform audits, manage EIB uploads, and support system testing and enhancements.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition teams to improve processes and ensure compliance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3-5+ years of Workday experience with strong knowledge of Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Core HCM.
• HR Generalist experience with exposure to employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll, and recruiting.
• Experience supporting multi-state and multi-location workforces, preferably in retail.
• Strong Excel, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
