Campus Engagement and Communications Coordinator

Campus Engagement and Communications Coordinator Location: Raleigh, NC Department: Registration And Records Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Key Responsibilities Maintain communication calendars and coordinate outreach efforts across campus. Write and deliver email correspondence to campus audiences on behalf of R&R and the SSC. Manage website content for R&R, the SSC and EMAS. Oversee the editing and annual publication lifecycle of the University Catalog in collaboration with editorial designees across campus. Design, publish and promote digital billboards, branded collateral and other materials. Support the planning and execution of the University Commencement ceremony, including generation of commencement-related communications and materials. Support the assistant registrar with departmental assessment initiatives and documentation. Support internal R&R teams with process documentation and standard operating procedure (SOP) maintenance. Complete other duties as assigned by department leadership. Other Responsibilities Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs of the organization and evolving priorities. Qualifications Minimum Experience/Education: Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the area of assignment, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience in communication, public relations, publicity, marketing or equivalent combination of training and experience. Experience using Slate or another customer relationship management (CRM) or other email platform. Experience using WordPress or another content management system and web editing software. Experience using CourseLeaf or another catalog management software. Experience with creating, editing and exporting digital content.
