Location: Diboll, TX

Schedule/Hours:

• Store hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Shift options:
  • 1st Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (flexible end times: 4:30 PM or 4:00 PM)
  • 2nd Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible end times: 5:30 PM or 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Uphold core company values consistently in all interactions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with the company’s mission.
• Notify leadership of any potential violations of pharmacy laws or regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA.
• Perform final verification of prescriptions issued by authorized prescribers.
• Provide accurate information regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosages, and storage to patients and prescribers.
• Maintain procedures for quality assurance, controlled substances security, and hazardous waste disposal.
• Respond to pharmacist-related phone inquiries and manage voicemail messages.
• Conduct patient counseling when required or requested.
• Manage customer conflicts professionally both in-person and by phone.
• Note: This location does not provide vaccinations or medication therapy management (MTM) services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent retail pharmacy experience.
• Active and clear Texas pharmacist license.
