High School Athletic Director

Uncommon Schools seeks a High School Athletic Director to lead a rigorous, values-driven athletics program that supports our college-preparatory mission. The Director oversees all sports programs, including hiring and developing coaches, managing budgets, ensuring league and state compliance, and coordinating facilities, equipment, and game operations. This role collaborates closely with school leaders to align athletics with academic expectations, promotes equity and access for all students, engages families and community partners, and uses data to drive continuous improvement in student-athlete performance, character, and well-being.
