Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing individualized therapeutic interventions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups. \n

- Maintaining accurate, timely clinical records in compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards. \n

Your work will primarily focus on serving individuals and families dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\nTo thrive in this position, candidates must possess:

- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. \n
- An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. \n
- A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical context. \n
- A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice. \n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
