The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent opportunities and a favorable work-life balance, with no on-call duties or weekend shifts!

We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) to join our Casa de Oro Center in Las Cruces, NM. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, and we encourage new graduates to apply.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $125,000 , in addition to an uncapped incentive compensation productivity bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager.
  • This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities.
  • Collaboration with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician is essential for delivering patient-specific medical care.
  • Providing primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in partnership with other medical providers is a core duty.
  • Working alongside Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassion is vital.
Qualifications
  • The Advanced Practice Provider must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner requires a Master’s Degree in Nursing with a focus on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
  • For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is required, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
  • In states where permitted, APRNs must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration, as must PAs.

Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year.
