ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2008 after building a 35-year career with State Farm, beginning in 1990. Today, our team includes eight talented team members who help us maintain a strong reputation for customer service and community commitment. I attended MSU, and I'm married with two kids; when I'm not in the office, I love to travel and explore new places with my family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jennifer Blumer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
