Senior Case Manager - Mental Health & Community Services

Muskegon

Muskegon-County,-Mi is looking for a Case Manager II to provide and coordinate essential services for individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders. You will be responsible for assessments, treatment planning, and oversight of Case Manager I staff. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and has at least one year of experience in the mental health sector.
