PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Create various types of analytical artifacts (such as User Stories, Process Maps, Swimlane Diagrams, and more) which fit with specific situations for differing types of business needs and technology solutions. Learn about the Scrum process for product development through participation and contribution as a team member. Explain the value and efficiency gains achieved through process redesign activities. Develop practical experience using ticket management processes and software such as Jira to track, document, communicate, and support resolution of ERP-related issues across functional and technical teams.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Requires 2 years of education and/or prior experience in conducting business analysis duties or directly related activities; applicants must be current USF student during the appointed semester and meet the requirements of USF.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior business analysis experience with large‑scale ERP systems.
