The IT Specialist reports to the Director of IT, but works autonomously, without specific directions from senior managers and without immediate supervision.Develops and implements standard operating procedures and service level agreementsManages IT projects from start to finishAdvises management regarding and supports IT infrastructure and other needs for several Eataly USA locations (stores and Corporate office)Supports implementation of technology during new store openings and new store system implementation initiativesManages services for the day-to-day POS systems and ensures performance and stability of in-stores POS applicationsProvides support and resolution to customer service requests in a timely and accurate mannerAnalyzes system issues, provides resolutions and is integral in development and enhancement of IT systemsPerforms other duties as required or assignedQualificationsBachelor’s Degree preferred+ 3 years of related IT experienceSpecialized knowledge in computer systems analysisOutstanding time management and organization skillsExcellent communication, motivation and team-building skillsJob RequirementsOccasional travel within the USAAdditional InformationBenefits and PerksMedical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Parental Leave401K with match Free family meal dailyDiscounts at EatalyReferral bonus programand more!Compensation: Pay range is set from $24 - $30 an hour.
