Customer Support Representative Location: Los Angeles, CA Duration: 0-4 month(s) Shift: M-F 2:15pm-6:15pm Pay Rate: $17.87/Hour to $21.60/Hour Job Duties: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing accounts. Provide support for the senior account executive. Analyze and resolve customer problems. Assist in studies to determine customer incentives. Develop and prepare proposals for customer leads for account executives. Distribute mail and handle general office correspondence. File, fax, duplicate, and process forms. Type and prepare reports. Audit documents for accuracy and completeness.
