In-Home Health - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Part Time)

Role Overview: This position involves providing in-home health evaluations as part of a national healthcare network. The clinician will conduct personalized assessments, including medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and diagnostic tests, using an iPad and clinical workflow tools. Key Responsibilities Build trusted relationships with patients to improve health outcomes Conduct approximately 45-minute visits, either in-person or virtual Review medications, medical history, and perform physical exams Administer diagnostic tests such as spirometry or diabetic eye exams as ordered Foster connections to appropriate care based on individual needs Travel locally and within licensed states as required Qualifications & Skills Active, unrestricted license (NP or PA) in relevant areas Board certification (required) Preferred multi-state licensing Ability to cover primary locations in Spokane and surrounding areas Additional Details: This part-time role offers benefits including malpractice insurance, supplies, and flexible hours. The pay range is $46.03 - $99.14 per hour, depending on experience and location.
