Responsibilities Be a Team Member : Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, educates other associates on tools and resources, communicates effectively, and adapts to business needs by working in other areas. Be an Expert : Prepares food to item specifications; plans future and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food‑safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment and demonstrates understanding of product layout. Be a Techie : Leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology for immediate decisions on production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality, with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others. Be an Owner : Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date‑control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs; assists members in purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving concerns. Be a Talent Ambassador : Serves as a brand advocate; influences and inspires teammates with respectful, supportive, team‑oriented work style; understands roadblocks and assists in training. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implements related action plans; uses the Open Door Policy; applies these in business processes. Completes work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress and information; recommends improvement opportunities; adapts to change and learns from feedback. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. I acknowledge that the position requires successfully completing all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if I receive the position.
