What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care to antepartum and postpartum patients, including those with telemetry or continuous pulse oximetry
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs, interpreting dysrhythmias as needed
• Administer medications, including postpartum magnesium, in accordance with best practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on postpartum care, discharge instructions, and health maintenance
• Document patient care accurately and timely using Epic electronic health records
• Support the unit during peak times, ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes

What You Need

Required:

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license
• 2+ years' experience in antepartum/postpartum nursing
• Certified in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring
• Proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation
• Epic electronic health record experience

Preferred:

• Experience working with telemetry or continuous pulse oximetry
• Ability to work night shifts and on-call rotations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
