Industrialization Process Engineer Job

Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate the pilot and scale-up phases for two industrialization projects. Ensure raw materials and product recipes are recorded in the internal management system prior to pilot activities. Build on clear KPI monitoring related to Quality Control. Collaborate with R&D teams across the U.S. to manage projects, identify operating gaps, and deliver the pilot in accordance with customer specifications. Qualifications Chemical Engineering or Materials Science degree with R&D or manufacturing/process development experience, 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in a chemical industry. Strong analytical skills with a background in basic statistical analysis (e.g., Quality Control Plans, Gage R&R). Project management skills, including coordinating across workstreams and planning ahead. Strong communication skills, networking ability, and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
